Cooking outdoors is always fun!

My love for food began as a child in small town La Grange, TX. I began to enjoy watching my grandmother and mother work their magic in the kitchen. All of my meals are deeply rooted from years of watching them perform in the kitchen. Holidays, birthdays and other special occasions food was priority number one.

 

I have been cooking for a little over 10 years but in the last three years I have been focusing on expanding my knowledge and creating memories for people who enjoy food as much as I do. I started my private chef business to bring my personal touch of flavors from my home to yours. 

 

Being from the south most of my dishes are comforting but with a modern twist to them. Seafood is my niche, but a nice Filet Mignon is just as good. Just like most people I get an occasional sweet tooth so why not indulge in a tasty Lemon Tart. Sounds yummy!

 

My ultimate goal with every client is to be sure they are completely satisfied with not only their dinner but also customer service. I am insured and ANSI certified.

A good chef has to be a manager, a businessman and a great cook. To marry all three together is sometimes difficult.
